We, the Mitsubishi Chemical Agri Dream Co., Ltd., are thoroughly committed to comprehensive chemistry, creating new value for society by combining diverse products and technologies, and will continue to grow as society changes. To this end, we are committed to contributing to society as a company trusted by all our stakeholders by ensuring the safety and stability of operations through our business activities based on high ethical standards. At all times, safety and compliance remain the foundation of our corporate activities.

Responsible care activities

Mitsubishi Chemical Agri Dream Co., Ltd. promotes Responsible Care Activities 1 (Responsible Care Activities), which are voluntary activities by the chemical industry to ensure the environment, health and safety. Based on the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Group Charter of Corporate Behavior, we aim to achieve KAITEKI by promoting RC activities with 5 pillars: “Safety and disaster prevention” “Occupational health and safety” “environmental preservation” “Chemical and product safety” and “Logistics Safety”.

Management System

As a member of the Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings (MCHC) Group, MCHC respects the basic management guidelines of the MCHC Group and shares the management guidelines and strategies of the MCHC Group. In order to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, including internal controls, risk management, and compliance (Compliance with laws and corporate ethics), we comply with MCHC Group policies and rules, and as a core operating company of the MCHC Group, we are actively promoting various management measures to enhance corporate value.
